We're looking for Facebook Chat Specialists to help e-commerce businesses grow their sales by engaging with customers through Facebook Messenger. Work remotely from anywhere—this fully online role gives you complete flexibility.
In this role, you'll handle incoming messages from customers, answer their questions about products, and help move conversations toward sales. You'll need strong written communication skills and comfort using Facebook Messenger and similar messaging platforms to interact with customers throughout your shift.
We'll give you all the training you need to succeed and deliver excellent support to our retail partners. Since this is a fully remote position, you can work from any location across the USA.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: A laptop, phone, or tablet is required, along with a stable internet connection. You'll also need solid English writing abilities.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level chat support opportunity with no experience necessary. Full onboarding and training are provided to set you up for success.
