Key Responsibilities
- Run tests on software and apps across multiple devices and platforms.
- Share honest, detailed observations about how the interface looks, feels, and works.
- Flag bugs, confusing features, or anything that doesn't work smoothly.
- Walk through real-world tasks in the apps while documenting what's easy and what's frustrating.
- Work alongside our engineering team to discuss your findings and suggestions.
Requirements
- Basic familiarity with how software and mobile apps operate.
- An eye for spotting small details and thinking from the user's perspective.
- Ability to clearly explain your thoughts and observations in writing.
- A working computer, phone, or tablet.
- Fast and consistent internet connection for testing and team meetings.
- Prior usability testing experience is not necessary.
