In this position, you'll spend your time testing unreleased games across multiple genres and sharing detailed feedback with our team. Your insights directly influence how the finished product performs and feels. It's a fantastic way to gain hands-on experience in game development while doing something you actually enjoy.
Key Responsibilities
- Test pre-release titles and deliver constructive feedback on mechanics, visuals, audio, and user experience.
- Spot and document bugs, technical glitches, and any gameplay inconsistencies you encounter.
- Execute targeted in-game objectives to thoroughly evaluate various game systems.
- Work alongside our distributed team, exchanging observations and recommendations to enhance the player experience.
- Maintain comprehensive notes about your testing sessions and observations.
Rate: $35 per hour (Depending on the complexity of the app and the detail required for the review)
Requirements
- Genuine enthusiasm for gaming with exposure to different platforms and game types.
- Strong observational skills and the ability to clearly communicate technical problems.
- Standard computer proficiency and dependable internet access.
- Self-motivated approach to work and commitment to meeting testing deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication for reporting your findings.
