We're looking for a Writing Assistant to join our remote team and help us document mobile app experiences. If you've got strong writing skills and curiosity about how apps work, this is a great way to break into tech without needing prior experience. We'll guide you through everything you need to know.
Your main job will be testing mobile apps, taking notes on what works and what doesn't, then writing clear summaries of your findings. We rely on your feedback to help developers understand user experiences and identify areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Spend time using and testing a variety of mobile applications.
- Write comprehensive reviews and observations about your experience, noting bugs, usability issues, and constructive suggestions.
- Share your findings with our development team in a straightforward, organized manner.
Rate: $25 - $35 per hour (Depending on the complexity of the app and detail required for the review)
Requirements:
- A smartphone or tablet you can use for testing purposes.
- Solid writing ability and the talent to express your thoughts clearly.
- No experience required – just bring curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Fluent English for writing reports and team communication.
- Steady internet connection at home.
