We're seeking Social Media Support Representatives to join our team and help manage customer communications across social platforms while strengthening brand presence. In this role, you'll respond to customer inquiries and work on growing our online community through engaging interactions.
As a Social Media Support Representative, you'll enable businesses to expand their reach and connect with audiences online using smartphones, tablets, or computers (compatible with both Android and iOS systems). Previous experience with social media marketing isn't required—this is a perfect entry-level opportunity where we'll train you every step of the way.
Rate: $35 per hour.
