Your Role

You'll be our first point of contact for customers reaching out through live chat. From troubleshooting technical issues to answering product questions, you'll handle inquiries from both new prospects and established clients who trust us.

Details

  • Contract length: Open-ended, no fixed end date
  • Rate: $35 per hour
  • Requirements: A working device capable of handling chat platforms and web functions (computer, tablet, or smartphone), the ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, minimum 10 hours available each week, and stable internet access throughout your shift.

Location

  • Fully remote position available worldwide, with preference for USA-based candidates.
