We're looking for a customer-focused Live Chat Support Representative to join our team on a temporary basis. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them find product details, track shipments, and resolve any concerns they may have. We need extra hands during the busy holiday shopping season, and this is a perfect opportunity to earn while helping customers.
As a live chat representative, you'll respond to customer messages in real-time through our website chat and social media channels. You might help answer questions from loyal customers or engage with potential buyers interested in learning more about what we offer.
Contract Duration: Temporary position running through the holiday season with no set end date.
Hourly Rate: You'll receive $35 per hour for your work supporting our customers.
Requirements
- A working device such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer that can access chat platforms and social media.
- Comfort working on your own and following directions provided by the team.
- Willingness to commit at least 10 hours weekly.
- Fast and dependable internet connection.
