Entry-Level Position: No experience necessary—we'll train you from the ground up. You'll learn how to confidently address customer inquiries ranging from shipping information to return procedures and product availability. What matters most is having a welcoming demeanor, clear communication abilities, and the capacity to juggle multiple conversations while staying calm under pressure.
What You'll Do: As a text chat operator, you'll be the support backbone for our clients' customers. Choose your own schedule and log in when you're ready to work. Answer incoming chat messages, provide helpful solutions, then clock out at the end of your shift. You'll get paid daily for the work you complete.
