We need a Usability Researcher to help us understand how people interact with our mobile applications. You'll be at the heart of our efforts to create apps that truly work for our users—apps that are intuitive, efficient, and genuinely solve problems.
Role
In this position, you'll install apps on your personal device, explore them thoroughly, and share detailed feedback about what works and what doesn't. You'll be our eyes and ears in the real world, testing features, spotting bugs, and giving us honest insights about the overall experience. Your observations will directly shape how we improve our products.
Requirements
- At least one compatible device: iPhone, iPad, Android Smartphone, or Android Tablet.
- Comfortable downloading and navigating mobile applications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to follow guidelines independently.
- Willing to commit a minimum of 5 hours per week.
- Stable internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Test Android applications to measure how well they work and meet user needs.
- Write clear, helpful reviews documenting your testing sessions.
- Report issues, bugs, and design problems you discover during testing.
