Looking for a remote customer service professional? We're hiring a Virtual Chatting Agent to join our team and support our clients' customer interactions. You'll manage live chat conversations, handle email inquiries, and assist across different client accounts—all while working from home. We're looking for someone who can deliver responsive, courteous support and build positive customer relationships.

What you will be doing: Day-to-day, you'll engage with customers visiting our clients' websites, answering questions about promotions, returns, and policies. We'll equip you with comprehensive FAQs and reference materials, plus you'll have supervisor support whenever you need guidance on tricky situations.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You'll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with reliable internet access to handle chat and web-based platforms. Independent work style is important—you should be comfortable following guidelines and managing your own workflow. We need someone with at least 20 hours weekly availability and a stable internet connection.

Hours per week: 20 – 40 hours a week

Location: 100% remote—work from anywhere globally (USA-based candidates preferred).
